For your personal, non-commercial use, yes. If you’d like to download a mugshot you find here to use as a profile picture, avatar, etc., have at it. It would be super-cool if you let people know you found the image at Muggn, but that’s not a requirement. It would be super-cool, though.

Commercial use of the images here - we generally frown on that. The images you see here are in the public domain, but we’ve done a lot of work to find them, weed out the uninteresting ones and post the good ones here. It would be far less than super-cool to have somebody try to make a buck off of our hard work; so we don’t allow commercial redistribution of images housed at Muggn unless you’ve been given express permission to do that. Contacting the Mugmaster would be how that happens.
