Well, yes and no. Muggn is committed to only publishing images that are in the public record and made available to the public by government agencies. So we will not publish a mugshot submission unless we can verify that the image was made available to the public by a government agency. The best way to ensure that we can accept a submission is to point the Mugmaster to the government site or resource that is making the image available.
